This course will run over two days, and will offer a relaxed and welcoming environment in which you can learn the fundamentals of meditation including posture, attention to breath how to overcome obstacles and tips for setting up a regular successful meditation practice.

You will discover how meditation can transform you life by helping you understand the nature of your mind - the source of both happiness AND suffering. Through simple meditation techniques, you can gain clarity, improve focus, and cultivate a calm and compassionate mind free from anger, greed and ignorance. There will be a mix of walking and sitting meditation instructions and practice.
