Based on the five powers for life, topics include: understanding both causal and momentary motivation and what actually drives us, daily meditations on the four immeasurable’s and speed metaphors for mind-training, 10-point checklist on how to act beneficially with body, speech and mind, four opponent powers, and internalising positive experiences and ending the day with an aspiration.
